We are doing our best to keep ahead of the ever changing government recommendations to keep us safe and control the spread of Covid19.
If travel is restricted or if we are unable to welcome you due to a full or partial lockdown affecting either Primrose Hill Holidays or your home area then we will continue, as we have been doing, to refund all our guests in full.
All our bungalows are cleaned personally bu us wearing the appropriate PPE and using recognised cleaning materials.
At the moment we are asking guests to bring their own pillows and pillow cases. We are happy to provide towels and tea towels.
