About us
For almost 23 years, Primrose Hill has been our home. How I wish I had kept a diary.
So many changes and hard work along the road from what we bought in 2003 to what it is now have given us so many just lovely moments, and a few simply dreadful moments that thankfully we can now laugh about!
We have a few guests who have stayed with us almost every year since we bought the rather sad holiday accommodation in 2003. Many have become real friends, and our summers would not be the same without them.
I still love the moment when the first guests of the year arrive. If returners, they are eager to see what improvements we have made over the winter and love it when new guests see the amazing view.
We have watched toddlers turn into young adults. Our own Granddaughter has been part of Primrose Hill every school holiday....and now she checks my website and Facebook account and wants to run the business!
It is hard work. It does get harder as we get older, but Rick loves wearing his "maintenance hat" What else would he do all day? !!
But we are blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country and are always happy to share a bit of paradise.
